Evanston housing displacement map

An interactive tool for exploring housing displacement risk across Evanston’s 60 census block groups. Eleven indicators — demographic change, cost burden, affordability, sale prices, assessed values, and more — can be viewed alone or combined to see where pressures concentrate. Built from census and county assessor data, crosswalked onto consistent geography and validated against independent reporting.
